By jiminy these chocolate limes are good. There were some collie shangles mind from some quarters when I insisted on using a fine blend of milk and dark chocolate for the centre, but Ill have no truck with peddlers of such parsimony. The crispy lime shell is the perfect accompaniment to the fine centre. All in all a most superior confectionery.
